I recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes Benz E320 from Member car after much research I found the car to be in excellent shape and the price to be the best value in the area considering the condition, equipment, service records and mileage. Additionally I found Rob Fleming your Sales Manager to be a true professional that was very knowledgeable about the business and went beyond the normal call of duty to deliver total customer satisfaction.

Shortly after I purchased the car the check engine light came on and it took couple of tries to diagnose the tricky problem. Member Car and Rob Fleming did not spear any expenses and attention to details to completely check the car with experts, used expensive OEM Mercedes Benz parts to ensure that the car is brought back to the original manufacturer specs. Rob Fleming personally picked up and delivered the car to my residence every time and was great at keeping me informed every step of the way. He also was sure to test the car personally for long periods of time to ensure the problem was discovered and fixed.

I happen to be in sales leadership for years and have worked and trained many sales professionals. I appreciate a great sales executive such as Rob Fleming and I have to say he is a credit not only to the Member Car Organization but also his profession.

Dear David:

I wanted to email to thank you very much for a wonderful experience at MemberCar.  As you know, I had been searching for an automobile for almost a year.  I had visited one dealer after another, only to find limited choices, overpriced cars and very poor customer services.  My car search had become very tedious and frustrating. 

Then, I found MemberCar.  I was immediately impressed with your absolute attention to customer service.  On the morning I arrived, you were offering your members free car washes and offering breakfast and coffee to your new car customers. 

The inventory at MemberCar was the best I had seen.  Your cars were exceptionally clean, appeared very well maintained and the prices were amazing!

I was interested in a 2005 BMW X3 you had on the lot.  You and your sales team were knowledgeable, helpful and very professional and provided a genuine “no pressure” approach to the deal.  You answered my questions openly and honestly and your team was effective and efficient in addressing any issues I had.   You refer to your company as the “Automotive Concierge” and I truly felt that I received “concierge level service” on this purchase.

I had purchased many cars, from many different dealers since I started driving, and I am happy to say that MemberCar was the best!

Thanks for recommending [your vendor] to solve my sunroof problem on my ML350.  He charged me $90 to fix the alignment whereas the dealership said it might be over $2,000.  My auto mechanic wouldn’t touch it.  Jeff spent and hour and found the problem.
